Scholarship
“ITE Gold Coast Chapter Books Scholarship
Award” was established in the Fall of 2004. The award is given out twice a
year, for the Spring and Fall semesters. Each time, the award is given up
to five students currently enrolled in a Transportation Course at a local
university. The total award amount was $500 per semester until Fall 2006
when the award amount increased to $1,000. The students for the award are
selected based on an article submitted by the student. The award is
sponsored by Traffic Survey Specialists, Inc. and ITE Gold Coast Chapter.
